It's really a matter of luck when it comes to buying electrical/electronic stuff. 10 days ago, I finally decided to change my hp to a 3G one after almost 4 years now. My cousin & I bought the same model from the same shop. Hers was okay but mine actually had a charger which is NOT SUPPORTED by the handset! So I had to send it in for servicing the very next day, and waited for 4 working days before it came back to me. Apparently the NEW charger was faulty and they had to get me a replacement. Later I realised that this was actually a very common problem with new handsets recently. Whatever happened to QC in Nokia nowadays?! No wonder there were quite a few angry customers who turned up at the service centre on my 2 visits. One angmoh had even waited 3 months for the repair, or so I overheard. (He was loud enough for everyone to 'eavesdrop' anyway.) And that's not the end of the story yet...

As I was continuing my long overdue exploration of the new phone yesterday, thunder struck again! The memory was full after I uploaded 5 songs into it! Apparently, the salesperson did not insert the 256mb sd card for me in the very first place. You may say I'm dumb but how was I to know where and how to check for? This is my first 3G phone after all. My cousin also didn't check and hers got no problem. I had no problems with all my previous Nokia phones. And I had to go down again this afternoon to get back my rightful card.

What can I say? It's really heng suay lor!
